How do the monthly plans work?
One flat number a month. We build it, run it, watch it, and tune it — you use it. Month to month: if it stops earning its keep, you stop paying.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on any standard plan. Custom AI work is the exception, and it's flat-quoted in writing before we build anything.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, any month. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing month.
What about texting and email volume?
Normal business volume is included in the flat price. If your volume is genuinely unusual, we'll tell you up front and agree on a number before anything changes on your bill.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. ACE runs on a simple 12-month agreement, then month to month. Your website is a one-time price — no contract, it's yours.
What do I actually own?
Your website, domain, content, phone number, call recordings, and customer list — yours, always. The plans are services we run for you; cancel and you keep everything that's yours.
Why is ACE separate from the plans?
ACE is the voice on your phone line — our flagship, custom-built per business. The plans are everything around it: texts, booking, follow-up, reviews, invoices. They're built to work together, which is why bundling ACE with any plan takes $50 a month off.
