We're based on the Missouri River in Osage County, between Jefferson City and Hermann. Everything from the Lake to the Katy Trail, from Columbia down to the Gasconade, is inside a comfortable drive — and most of what we do doesn't need one.
How a local company covers this much ground
Most of the work is remote. The part that isn't, we drive to.
Building a website, scripting a receptionist, wiring a text-back — none of that requires standing in your shop. It requires knowing your trade and answering the phone when you call. So the practical service area is bigger than the driving radius.

Do you actually come out here, or is this all remote?
Both, and we're honest about which is which. The build, the scripting, the automations, and every support request after that are handled remotely — that's how a one-person shop can do this work well and keep the price flat. But for a first sit-down inside the inner ring of counties, we'd rather drive to you. Ask and we'll come.
My town isn't listed. Is that a no?
No. The list is the region we know well enough to talk about specifically, not a fence. We already run service sites in towns well outside it. Tell us the town and the trade and you'll get a straight answer about whether we're a good fit — including a no, if that's the honest answer.
Does being small-town mean slower or cheaper?
Neither. The prices on this site are the same in Columbia as they are in Chamois, and the work goes at the same speed. What changes is that in a town of four hundred we probably know the same people you do, which tends to make everything easier.
Can ACE answer calls from outside my area?
Yes. ACE answers whoever dials your number — a neighbor two blocks over or somebody calling from three states away about a job at their lake place. Nothing about the caller's location changes how it handles the call or how fast the lead reaches your phone.
Do you only work with trades?
No, though trades are the majority. Anything where a missed call is a missed customer fits: shops, clinics, salons, offices, rental and property managers, and the seasonal businesses around the Lake. If your phone rings and you can't always get to it, the same setup applies.
